Clean, tvs in both the main bedroom and the living room, great water pressure in both bathrooms every amenitie you could need from home, free parking easy to go in and out, elevator was never a wait, easy communication with host no balcony, literally the only thing i can think of that could upgrade this place, otherwise perfect!

The price was amazing compared to staying anywhere near old San Juan and it was only a 15 min drive away from anything. The beach was like a 4 min walk away. Isla Verde beach was amazing because it was more private than the other beaches. The place had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. I also liked that the facility had security 24/7 The water for the building kept getting shut off because the area was having issues. It made showering and using the restroom tricky. We had to go next door to the Marriott to use their restroom a few times.

It was very clean and had everything we needed at a very good price. It was a little bit of a walk to get to our room with all of our luggage.
